Chapter 126: A Fugitive of the Law

A certain Alchemist (one of the few that existed during this period of time) was slowly losing touch with reality, and by extension, to the truth, which makes the situation a more threatening condition, because the power of Alchemy must always obey the powerful impact of the truth, which makes it very dangerous for someone evil to gain entry into the noblest practice of this very ancient science.

He was totally detached from the actual happening of the universe because he was tempted enough to commit an amoral decision to actually breach the Oath of Truth responsible for the main instrument necessary to become the most competent Alchemist of the enlightened discipline.

Of morals and other elucidation of wrongdoings, the said Alchemist was able to understand the moral implications of the act that he may be truly culpable of committing, but his desire to fill the longing void in his soul was able to convince his better self to make an extremely inappropriate choice. Although there was a sudden contemplation that was produced by his rational soul as a direct result of a strong instinct, he was utterly defeated by the main source of this indescribable temptation, nevertheless.

The temptation in question was not an ordinary invisible act that could strongly influence the clear conscience of an agent or host in helplessly falling into the trapdoor of lies and deceit. This particular impetus has the power to appeal to the eternal presence of love in created things, and by the skillful attribution to the common cognizance of life's bitter suffering.

It was the human senses that was responsible for the unavoidable stimulus that even the invisible soul can feel, which basically leads the mind into deciding (in worse form) for the moral choices available as a direct function of the seed of fear, that, then, answers to the fatal feeling of the many effects of cowardice.

For this Alchemist, his fear of losing his consciousness led him to obey the most outrageous premise of the legal idea of "self-defense," which, after the careful trial of the facts, was determined to be an unprovoked act, instead of a result of a reflex to defend one's own self.

He was convicted of a crime that he didn't commit, yet no matter how hard he tried vindicating himself, he is now considered a fugitive of the law. But he was able to escape the authorities by violating the corresponding Oath of Truth by using a portal door without securing the Indefinite Permission needed from the Story Board.

Surely, he was running away from the certainty of a defined crime, but he couldn't quite understand the underpinnings of the felony he was able to commit. For now, he was travelling from segment to segment at high speed, unconsciously and without regard to the perilous limitations of knowledge, that he was now completely detached himself from any reality where he can freely choose to make his choices by invoking liberation and free will.

This certain underlying mechanism was still unknown, even through the expertise of the diligent efforts of duly licensed Publishers. It was soon revealed to be a part of the final exploitation that Lucifer the Devil needed in order to succeed in his plans of conquering the world, and then make the Vampires his mighty slaves and army of choice, among others.

Satan calls the unconscious presence of this Alchemist as the Columbia or Columbusian. The sovereign, as he had heavily written, because it can decide on its own without interference from the actors surrounding the exterior of its powerful presence. Nobody knows of this act of treachery other than that "someone" who have clearly witnessed everything that had transpired that very sad, fateful night.

Truly, he has witnessed them all. In the past, he was a nobody. But he is now known as Father Christmas, and this cruel eyewitness testimony is still with him, haunting his fragile conscience to this very day.
