Chapter Seventy Six: An Energy Field

At last, he managed to do it; he was able to sneak past the guards, and enter the Ancestral House without being seen. However, despite this very rare opportunity to luckily get inside the abode albeit the tight security around the perimeter, all his efforts have been wasted because of one, singular problem he wasn't expecting any time soon. He knew that at some point in this mission he will encounter this predicament, and now it inconveniently presented itself in a moment where success was almost there, ruining every other plan there is, so far. Everything.

The energy field that blocks entry into the Massive Door of the Ancestral House, and going into the foyer, was so strong enough not to be breached easily; from there, he sensed the protection of the constellation of Aquarius and the alignment of planet Venus within the planetary systems, which activates unnecessary substances between the air and the spatial requirement, which forces fission and strong magnetic bonds of electrons and protons, that then activates a very strong field of energy, a powerful repelling force.

He did every possible way he could to keep his presence undetected, skillfully navigating a spatial intrusion in a stealthy manner, by which he was able to perform with the precision necessary to avoid the laser detectors that litter the ground. The difficulty, it seems, was impossible and hardly navigable but the prominent skill was there, indeed, to pull this certain act off. Needless to say, he was good with his own gift.

As soon as his senses detected this energy field, he activated the expertise he learned from the Order of the Metaphysicians to avoid the sensors that will alert the entire guards of his presence, by simply altering his own substance to cease his humanly existence from being detected by these lasers. It is not foolproof and rarely 100% accurate all the time, but he successfully managed to do it, nevertheless.

He quickly navigated his way out of this trap, away from the optical receptors suspended in midair, avoiding a disaster in the face of great danger. He was able to do it just as it was supposed to be, perfectly and flawlessly, maybe even better than if a competent Metaphysician actually did it.

And for that, he was grateful. He knew all along that these are the skills he needed to possess in order to succeed in this extremely important endeavor. Every energy he had, all of his powers, he carefully gathered for the arrival of this exact moment. It has finally arrived, thankfully, and he has important work to do. He can smell the victory in the air, and this temporary setback will never stop him. He shall continue, and he will prosper unapologetically.

One final push against the perimeter fence, and he was out of danger. As expected, he did it; this fact, for all intent and purposes, needs to be said. The difficulty of the situation has presented itself in its rawest form that escaping from it can never be underestimated.

He run away as fast as he could, and entered the woods as quietly as possible. Someone may have prevented him this time, but it will never prevent him forever. A simple delay. The Astrologers responsible for this will be finished soon enough, and seeing them shamed by their own downfall will be a sweet victory as beautiful as the taste of manuka honey.
