Chapter 115: The Legalities Surrounding HRH The Heiress Princess Snow White

Princess Snow White's predicament in the Tenth Kingdom has always been about the legalities of the royal succession and the conflict with the law of constitutional jurisprudence. There are factions within the Kingdom's society that are waiting for the right time to challenge the establishment, and they are willing to participate in deposing the throne when the appropriate prelude to the scene reaches the particular moment, a revolution which then may eventually kill the heir apparent.

This is a terrible secret that the Astrologers have seen through the positioning of the heavenly bodies and the intricate design of the nature of constellations, but they have no feasible motivation to make it known to the authorities, as the business of royal affairs is strictly confined within the sphere of political influence.

And the presence of opposing forces are now making itself known; at least, within the confines of the constitutional arguments within the Territory of the established Commission on Appointments. The public opinion on the matter has been shared and reshared as the controverdy emerged, and the surrounding legal argumentation for it, which usually is a process of coerced necessity in the greater appeal to power, as well as the natural course of the apropriate interpretation of things.

But who will determine which is arguing for the general welfare when it was the two biggest Kingdoms that are waging political conflict without sufficient reasons that can both favor their strategic advantage over the other?

It was clear from the beginning that the powers derived from Parochial Concerns are within its own prerogative, founded and efficacious in its own way, detached from the improper reach of the Appointed powers within the Commission, and all the political dynamics that revolve around in the District of Peace.

There is only one plausible reason why this Cause of Action must prevail in national significance, and most politicians will deny this; it is within the greater self-interest of the South Kingdom to anticipate the downfall of the Tenth Kingdom, and help in assassinating the heir apparent (imcluding all the individuals that have a proximate claim) to the Tenth Throne. This collapse will be very satisfying to watch; as this desolate power kisses the ground it will cry in bitterness, like the settling of the dust when something massive drops to the ground.

It has been the wishes of the Queen Regnant of the South to see the downfall of a Kingdom that has dominated the decisions to be made in the influential Commission on Appointments. Now, even the stars cannot deny that the destiny will finally come to be fulfilled, with all the necessity of the impossible bond, the downfall of a Kingdom that was the steady source of beauty and madness in all corners of the known territories that want it in the Commission's territory over these acres of lands.

There can be no other way that this will not proceed as planned. Even the legal impediments shall have no claim of effect.
